The Ashcroft Story
Product Description
Where regal structure blossoms into extraordinary beauty.
The Crown Floral Necklace by Ashcroft Jewels London transforms the timeless flower into a jewel of poise, strength and luminous detail. Its sculptural pendant unfolds in carefully layered petals, balancing the romance of a bloom with the commanding symmetry of a crown.
At its heart, a radiant floral cluster is illuminated by a warm golden accent. Clear, light-catching stones extend through the surrounding petals, creating an interplay of brilliance, texture and graceful dimension. Suspended from a fine white-toned chain, the pendant appears to float elegantly against the neckline.
Why It Is Exceptional
– Regal floral architecture — Crown-inspired outer petals give the flower a distinctive and confident silhouette. – Layered brilliance — Contrasting petal shapes create depth while allowing light to move beautifully across the pendant. – A precious focal point — The warm golden centre brings a subtle richness to the cool white-toned composition. – Elegant proportion — Detailed enough to feel exceptional, yet refined enough to remain effortlessly wearable. – Meaningful symbolism — A flower represents beauty and renewal; a crown expresses confidence, dignity and individuality.
How to Wear It
Wear the Crown Floral Necklace alone against an open neckline and allow its sculptural detail to command attention. It can also become the centrepiece of a more ceremonial jewellery composition for weddings, celebrations and evening occasions.
The Ashcroft Signature
More than a floral necklace, this is a modern emblem of grace and inner strength—a jewel designed to be admired today and treasured as part of a personal legacy.

Specifications
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
• Design: A dimensional floral pendant composed of seven sculpted outer petals surrounding a six-diamond inner blossom.
• Outer petals: Seven marquise-shaped crown petals, individually formed with raised borders, a fine central ridge and graduated pavé detailing.

• Central accent: One polished 18ct yellow-gold bead measuring 2.0 mm. This is intentionally specified as gold rather than a yellow gemstone.
• Pendant construction: Two-level floral construction, with the inner diamond blossom sitting approximately 1.2 mm above the outer petals to create depth and stronger light reflection.
• Reverse construction: Open-backed gallery beneath the diamonds for light entry, cleaning and reduced unnecessary weight.
• Bail: Articulated tapered bail with pavé-set diamond detailing, allowing the pendant to move naturally while being worn.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR JEWELLERY
Please contact Ashcroft Client Care through the Ashcroft Jewels website before returning an item. We will provide the correct return address together with secure packing guidance.
For a change-of-mind return, the jewellery must be:
• Unworn, except for a careful try-on • In its original and saleable condition • Free from scratches, marks, damage, alterations or signs of wear • Returned with its presentation box, certificates, tags and accompanying items • Protected by its original hygiene seal where applicable
Please use a tracked and fully insured return service appropriate for the value of the jewellery. Return postage and insurance for a change-of-mind return are the customer’s responsibility.
If we supplied the wrong item, or the jewellery arrived faulty or damaged, Ashcroft Jewels will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return-delivery costs.
Please do not send jewellery through an uninsured service. Ashcroft Jewels cannot accept responsibility for a change-of-mind return until it has been safely received by our team.
BESPOKE & PERSONALISED JEWELLERY
Jewellery created especially for you carries part of your own story.
For this reason, the following pieces cannot ordinarily be returned because of a change of mind:
• Bespoke or commissioned designs • Engraved jewellery • Jewellery personalised at your request • Pieces altered to your requested size or specification • Made-to-measure jewellery • Items manufactured using materials or gemstones selected specifically for you
This exclusion does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from the agreed design or description.
EARRINGS & PIERCED JEWELLERY
For reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings and other pierced jewellery supplied with a hygiene seal may only be returned under our change-of-mind policy when the seal remains intact.
If a sealed item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us regardless of whether the seal has been opened. Your statutory rights remain protected.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Every returned item is carefully inspected by our jewellery team.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned jewellery or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may require an additional 5–10 working days to display the refund in your account.
Because our standard worldwide delivery is complimentary, there is no original standard-delivery charge to deduct. Any premium or upgraded delivery charge beyond the standard service may not be refundable.
Import duties, customs charges and taxes collected by overseas authorities cannot ordinarily be refunded by Ashcroft Jewels. You may be able to request reimbursement directly from your local customs authority.
Customers may carefully examine jewellery in the same manner reasonably permitted in a boutique. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and appearance, a fair deduction may be made for any resulting reduction in value. Any deduction will be clearly explained.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer another size or a different Ashcroft creation, please contact our Client Care team.
Exchanges are subject to availability. For the fastest service, we may recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Personalised, altered or made-to-measure pieces may require a separate resizing or modification assessment.
IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
Every Ashcroft jewel should arrive as described, fit for its intended purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights, we will offer an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
UK customers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Further rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may continue after this period.
Personalised jewellery, pierced jewellery and sale pieces remain protected when they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
